Don’t know what your passion is? Try this
As the founder of The Passion Co., I help people from all ages and places connect with their meaning, passions and take action on them through a 30 day passion project. What I find myself recommending often, is a passion project that is self-love centered.
Why?
Because oftentimes when you are trying to find an answer to a daunting question like what is my passion? My life calling? My destiny? Anxiety comes up. Anxiety is an undifferentiated feeling. Meaning it is made up of other emotions, sensations and thoughts that are hard to differentiate. It is generally challenging to get answers when we are in this fear based mode, let alone know what is going on with our body, feelings, thoughts and psyche (soul).
What I found helps is slowly and gently getting to know ourselves and loving / accepting ourselves.
PS: We are not taught to have a relationship with ourselves.
I am gathering here some ideas of projects you can do for 30 days to establish, build and deepen your relationship with yourself, the person you are stuck with until well, you are not.
